here is a helpful tip i learned before i got hacked loadouts............

first use a loadout with a stealth suit, frezze gun, and a melee weapon of your choich. the before he sees you, stealth and try to go behind him. if you make it, frezze him and jump over his head and jump attack. this causes more damage then just hitting him. if you do hit right, it should only take 2 hits

regular blaster rifle does the job for me.

but the bowcaster or sniper are funner

i use cluster grenades to kill hackers hehehe
